SVP, Technical and Professional Services

Tom Schmidt is the Senior Vice President of our Advantage Technical team, as well as the brands that make up our Professional Services group which include Digital People (creative/marketing) and Hunter Hamilton (accounting/finance/corporate services). Schmidt’s group is responsible for ensuring our client's competitive success by providing highly skilled Talent and Talent Services within the Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, and professional placement specialties across North America.

Schmidt has more than 25 years of U.S. and Global experience in the Staffing, Technical Services, and Talent Acquisition industries, and he is also a U.S. Army Veteran.

Matt Anderson

VP, Technical Services - East Region

Matt Anderson is a proven leader with over 25 years experience in IT Services and Talent Acquisition. His results driven approach to team building and leadership have benefited our clients for the 20+ years Matt has been with Advantage Technical. In his current role as Regional Vice President, he is responsible for the Information Technology and Engineering Services for the northeast, mid-Atlantic and southeastern states. Prior to joining Advantage Technical Matt was a regional service delivery manager at Inacom Information Systems where he earned his PMP from the Project Management Institute and was responsible for 24x7 support for 7 states.

Becky Harris

VP, Technical Services - West Region

Responsible for the growth and expansion of IT and Engineering for the West. She has been with Advantage Technical for 19 years and has over 30 years of experience in the staffing industry in a variety of roles starting in recruiting and business development all the way through senior leadership roles.Becky is currently the VP of West Technical.

Known as a great developer of teams, Becky has a history of leading highly successful teams whose key contributors have gone on to be impactful leaders. Additionally, Becky has been called upon to guide branches outside of her areas of responsibility through difficult turn-around situations.

Becky lives in Spring, TX with her Husband and 3 children.

Ken Imming

VP, Vehicle Services

As the Vice President of our Vehicle Services group for all of North America, Ken brings 30 years of experience building successful businesses that provide Engineering and IT Staffing, Consulting and Project based solutions servicing clients within various industries including Automotive, Aerospace, Construction, Agriculture, and Consumer Electronics.

Ken is responsible for developing strategic initiatives and goals and managing sales, recruiting, and operations to meet or exceed both short term and long-term goals.

Ken lives in Clayton, NC with his wife and pets and has 2 adult children.
